The Story Behind Fast Food Freedom My name is Coach Stevanos, and before I became a certified personal trainer with 8 years of experience, I was just like many of the people I help today — confused, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of trying diet after diet without seeing real results. I grew up being naturally skinny. Not fit. Not muscular. Just… skinny. And every time I tried to “fix it,” I did what everyone else said was the secret. I tried eating cleaner. I tried bulking. I tried eating more meals. I tried force-feeding myself. But every time I tried to gain size, I ended up feeling bloated, soft, or like I was getting fat instead of building muscle. I didn’t look the way I wanted. I didn’t feel the way I wanted. And that frustration lit something inside me. I started studying fitness, nutrition, and human behavior deeply.
